I successfully planned and executed a family picnic designed to bring together multiple generations of women in my family for an afternoon of connection and celebration.

• Venue Coordination: Selected Boston Common for its accessibility, scenic backdrop, and capacity to accommodate a large group. Secured the necessary permits and outlined logistics for setup and cleanup.

• Planning & Logistics: Coordinated food contributions to ensure a balanced menu, organized seating arrangements, and delegated roles to streamline preparation.

• Experience Design: Curated activities including games, music, and photo opportunities to enhance engagement and create lasting memories.

• Execution & Outcomes: Delivered a smooth, well-organized event that achieved its goals — strengthening family bonds, providing a welcoming atmosphere, and setting a strong foundation for future gatherings.
