I organized and managed a summer family pool party designed to blend relaxation with celebration, creating an inviting space for all ages to enjoy.

• Venue Coordination: Reserved the community clubhouse and pool area within my mother’s housing complex, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all attendees.

• Decor & Setup: Designed and installed decorations the night before, incorporating a photo backdrop and balloon arrangements using a balloon machine to enhance the festive atmosphere.

• Food & Contributions: Planned a soulful family-style menu, coordinating a potluck where each guest contributed a dish to ensure variety and abundance.

• Experience Design: Blended swimming, dining, and photography moments into the event flow, giving guests both activity and relaxation options.

• Execution & Outcomes: Delivered a vibrant, well-orchestrated gathering that highlighted family spirit, reinforced traditions, and created lasting memories.
